Your Acceptance
By using or visiting the YourKnow website or any YourKnow products, software, data feeds, and services provided to you on, from, or through the YourKnow website (collectively the "Service") you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service, YourKnow's Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Service. YourKnow may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.
Service
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of Content. "Content" includes text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features and other materials you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Service. The Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by YourKnow. YourKnow has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites.
YourKnow Accounts
In order to access some features of the Service, you will need to create a YourKnow Account. You may never use another's account without permission. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify YourKnow immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
General Use of the Service
YourKnow grants you permission to access and use the Service as set forth in these Terms of Service. You agree not to distribute any part of the Service or Content without prior written authorization, not to alter or modify any part of the Service, and not to use automated systems (robots, spiders, offline readers) to access the Service beyond reasonable use. You agree not to collect personally identifiable information or use the Service for commercial solicitation without prior written approval.
Your Content and Conduct
As a YourKnow account holder you may submit Content to the Service. You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing it. You affirm that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant YourKnow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and prepare derivative works of the Content in connection with the Service. You retain all ownership rights in your Content.
Copyright Policy
YourKnow operates a clear copyright policy in relation to any Content alleged to infringe the copyright of a third party. YourKnow will terminate user access to the Website if a user has been determined to be a repeat infringer — defined as a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice. YourKnow reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice.
